ID Engineers design product based on instructions from the customers,the company plan and market trendz.
2. Mechanical Design
Mechanical engineers make drawings accoridng to initial designs,study how to make them happen in toolings and productions,and improve wherever necessary to achieve compliances required and ease the following processes.
3. Electronic Design
Electronic engineers prepare PCB layout per mechanical designs and make sure they meet the standards required.
4. Mock-up samples
For initial verification,engineers arrange mockup samples for initial study and testing.If all look positive,it’s approved for the next process.
5.Tooling
Start tooling with the approved drawings.
6. Functional samples
Prepare functional samples for internal and customer’s approval.
